We stand behind our products and our partners. Because we sell hemp-derived ingestible goods alongside merchandise, policies differ by category. Please review below.
Hemp-Derived Products (Delta-9 Edibles)
Due to the consumable nature of hemp products, all edible sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
Opened or used products
Customer preference issues (flavor, effect, texture)
Incorrect orders placed by the buyer
Packages marked delivered by the carrier
Quality Guarantee
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will make it right.
Eligible claims may receive:
A one-time exchange for an item of equal or lesser value
Replacement product
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Clear photo documentation
Description of the issue
*We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
Shipping Policy
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
We are not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Packages lost after confirmed delivery
If carrier error is confirmed in writing, we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise (Apparel & Non-Consumables)
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With original tags attached
Clearance, discounted, limited-release, and custom items are final sale.
Return Outcome
Approved merchandise returns will be processed as:
Store credit
Exchange for equal or lesser value
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Abuse & Chargebacks
We monitor claim activity to protect our partners and customers.
Excessive claims, fraudulent submissions, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Order cancellation
Account restriction
Refusal of future service
